Release 7.08.14 on 25.11.2025

· 2 min read

This release focuses on the incoming pre-document (Vorstufe): xInvoice lines can now be edited, inserted and deleted, Save and Apply Mapping use the same text-to-account matching as the automatic guess, and the connected-delivery lookup is filtered by the purchase order. OCR now reads the order number instead of the order confirmation number, and the SITE export supports the new Order Line No. field of current SITE versions.

Feature
  • The xInvoice line card and the line list part of the incoming pre-document now allow editing, inserting and deleting lines. VAT % is editable, and the redundant Document No. column has been removed from the list part because it is taken from the header (10941)
  • Clearing Connected Delivery Line No. on a pre-document line now also clears Connected Delivery No., so no half-linked receipt remains on the line (10945)
Bugfix
  • Save and Apply Mapping in the pre-document only matched a Text-to-Account Mapping entry when exactly one entry existed for the vendor item no. They now walk all entries and match item no., item name and description by text, exactly like the automatic account guess (10947)
  • Saving a new item or text-to-account mapping from the pre-document no longer fails with a field length overflow when the vendor item no., name, description or vendor no. of the incoming invoice is longer than the target field — values are truncated to the field length (10927)
  • The lookup of posted receipt lines for Connected Delivery Line No. is now also filtered by the Buyer Order No. of the incoming invoice, so only receipt lines of the referenced purchase order are offered (10934)
  • OCR now reads the order number from the order_number prediction instead of order_confirmation_number, so the buyer's purchase order no. is filled correctly (10932)
  • SITE invoice and credit-memo export: the Order Line No. is read from field 66 when it exists, falling back to the SITE field 5005397, which is obsolete in current SITE versions and caused the export to fail (10948)
  • The posting date of a purchase invoice created from an incoming xInvoice is now set to today and saved, instead of only being set on insert
