Release 7.08.16 on 16.02.2026

· 3 min read

This release adds support for multiple attachments on incoming eBelege, writes the exemption reason for reverse charge and intra-community supplies, and fixes several export issues: SEPA credit memos, SITE sum lines, the extended description field, and the VAT amount event on older NAV versions. OCR handles long single-line addresses, and process steps no longer open pages or loop endlessly when run from the job queue.

Feature
  • Incoming eBelege with several documents (e.g. an e-mail with more than one PDF): the new action Switch Document chooses which attached file is the main document, and Create new eBeleg moves the selected document out of the current eBeleg into a new one. Both actions are available on the eBeleg card, the document selection and the incoming process subform. The IMAP import was adjusted accordingly (10899)
Bugfix
  • XRechnung CII (invoice and credit memo): the exemption reason (BT-120) is now written — "Reverse Charge" for VAT category AE and "Intra-community supply" for category K —, and the ship-to party is now written whenever an intra-community VAT entry exists, not only when name or address differ (10967)
  • SEPA credit memos failed the XRechnung validation because payment means code 59 (SEPA direct debit) was written. Credit memos now use code 30 (credit transfer) (11007)
  • SITE export: sum lines were built incorrectly in some cases, and the export failed when field 5002433 Ext. Description does not exist in the installed version. The field is now only read when it exists (SR-255)
  • The VAT amount line event VatAmountLineOnAfterCopyFromSalesInvLine / …CrMemoLine was missing on older NAV versions (below 13.3). It is now raised from the shipped Sales Invoice Line / Sales Cr.Memo Line tables, so the eBeleg VAT amount handling also works there (10969)
  • The process card was opened from an incoming job even when no user interface is available (job queue), which aborted the job. It is now only opened when a GUI is allowed (10990)
  • OCR: an address without separators or longer than the address field no longer causes an error — it is written into the first address line and truncated to the field length (10989)
  • With a wrong process configuration the copy step could create follow-up copy steps endlessly. The step it inserts is now created without Auto Processing (INC-567)
  • IMAP import: the "PDF imported" flag is now reset once per e-mail instead of for every attachment, so e-mails with several attachments are imported correctly
