Release 7.08.18 on 22.04.2026

This release can merge PDF files through the mse Function Server, sends PEPPOL documents through the new PrimeXchange send endpoint and allows filter expressions in the text-to-account mapping. XRechnung now writes the payer's bank account and the SEPA mandate for direct debits, skips an empty buyer address line, and uses the current UNECE unit code for kilometres.

Feature

• PDF files can be merged by the mse Function Server instead of the local PDF component. New group FunctionServer in eBeleg Setup with URL, ApiKey, the switch Use FunctionServer and the action Test FunctionServer Connection. With the switch off, the previous merge is used (CHN-77)
• PEPPOL: UBL documents are now sent through the PrimeXchange endpoint v1/action/send as a stream instead of a Base64 JSON payload to the inbox endpoint. The transfer ID returned by PrimeXchange is stored for the status query (CHN-101)
• Text-to-Account Mapping entries can now use filter expressions (e.g. *freight*, A|B) in the vendor item name and description instead of plain text containment (CHN-47)

Bugfix

• XRechnung SEPA direct debit (payment means 59): the mandate reference (BT-89) is read from the customer's DYNPAY mandate (preferring the customer's preferred bank account), the debtor's IBAN (BT-91) and BIC from that customer bank account, and the creditor ID (BT-90) from the DYNPAY payment setup. The company BIC is no longer written for direct debits (CHN-24)
• XRechnung CII: the buyer's address line (BT-50) is only written when Bill-to Address is filled, so no empty element is produced (10986)
• SITE export: sum lines with an empty line type were not recognised as totaling lines. The totaling is now read through a field reference so it works on all SITE versions (10979)
• The copy step now works on every run, not only the first time — the follow-up step is no longer created as "not necessary"
• The unit setup creates Kilometre with the UNECE code KMT instead of the deprecated KTM
