This release introduces the eDocument status Subsequently Sent: a new optional process step marks failed eDocuments of a document as subsequently sent once the document has been sent successfully in a later process, so Repeat in the old process no longer sends it a second time. The process card now shows the document number of each eDocument, XRechnung CII no longer writes an empty seller tax registration (PEPPOL-EN16931-R008) without a Registration No., and the AutoFlow process step calls AutoFlow by its new object ID.

This release fixes incoming credit memos: an XRechnung or ZUGFeRD credit memo received by folder or e-mail job now becomes a Purchase Credit Memo instead of a Purchase Invoice, decided from the type code BT-3 in the XML. AutoFlow flows can now run as steps of an mseDoc365 process, and the external document number and invoice date of a received xInvoice can be corrected by hand.

This release closes a gap in intra-community supply invoices: an invoice or credit memo with VAT category K now always carries the ship-to party with its deliver-to country (BT-80), even when goods are delivered to the buyer's own address, so the KoSIT rule BR-IC-12 no longer rejects it. The entry list of an mseDoc365 Target List can also show the numbers of the assigned customer, vendor, contact and employee, not only their names.

This release opens a second route to Cegedim (XimantiX): a ZUGFeRD document is no longer built and mailed by mseDoc365 itself but handed over to Cegedim, which merges the PDF and the xInvoice XML into the ZUGFeRD PDF/A-3 and delivers it — steered by a conversion context that can now be set per format in the mseDoc365 Setup. The unit of an xInvoice line is also resolved more carefully: instead of falling straight back to C62 (piece) whenever a unit of measure carries no mseDoc365 mapping, the writer now consults Business Central's own International Standard Code and a new default in the setup first. And a sending target list no longer loses its first entry when a second one is added from the list.

This release repairs the two process steps that copy the attachments of a source document onto the eDoc. Both reused one buffer for their whole loop, so on a document with several attachments only the first file reached the eDoc intact: one step rewrote its buffer without emptying it first and left the tail of a longer preceding file inside a shorter one, the other read the file content once before the loop and attached the first file's bytes under every following file name. Each attachment is now read and written on its own buffer, so every file arrives on the eDoc exactly as it is on the source document.

This release corrects the navigation from an eDoc to its source document. The action that opens the document behind an eDoc opened its card over the entire document table instead of over the one attached document, so a foreign document could appear on screen and the card's next/previous navigation browsed every document in the company. The card is now restricted to the document the eDoc actually references.

This release corrects the VAT exemption reason (BT-120) in the XRechnung CII and UBL output: a VAT breakdown group that carries no tax — reverse charge, exempt, intra-community supply, export or not subject to VAT — no longer transmits the bare VAT clause code as its reason. The reason text is now taken from the VAT clause itself, in the language of the document, and the language matching of the clause's extended text has been completed.

This release corrects the prepaid amount (BT-113) of a credit memo in the XRechnung CII and UBL output: a credit memo that was offset against the invoice it corrects is no longer transmitted as a fully prepaid document with a payable amount of zero. In addition, the mseDoc365 country/region and currency tables now duplicated by standard Business Central are marked as obsolete and their list pages have been removed from the user interface.

This release corrects the invoice-discount block (BG-20) in the XRechnung CII and UBL output: a zero-value VAT breakdown group is no longer kept next to a group with a real rate, the allowance block is only written when a document actually carries an invoice discount, and a filter left behind by the breakdown clean-up can no longer empty the document's line set.

This release adds support for tax category O (not subject to VAT) in the XRechnung CII and UBL output, fills the seller's electronic address (BT-34) with the own GLN when the company has opted in, and lets the delivery date (BT-72) fall back to the posting date when a document carries no shipment date.

This release brings full EN16931-compliant SEPA direct debit support to xRechnung. Invoices and credit memos whose Payment Method carries the UNECE code 59 now emit BG-19 (Direct Debit) with the mandate reference (BT-89), creditor identifier (BT-90) and debtor IBAN (BT-91) instead of the seller's payment account, so receivers no longer fail validators R061, BR-DE-20 and BR-DE-25-a/b.

This release ships two xRechnung fixes: BT-41 (seller contact PersonName) now carries the full salesperson name through a new 200-character buffer field, and the CII export no longer fails XSD validation when a procuring project (BT-11) is referenced.

Tick Locked on any line you have customised – source binding, fixed value, mandatory flag, format string and the other editable fields are preserved when the schema is refreshed, while structural fields still follow the new standard. Extensions can pre-mark lines they care about via an Is Programmatic Lock indicator, and the user keeps the final say: ticking Locked or editing Value transfers ownership, unticking Locked persists an explicit unlock that overrides the extension.
