Release 26.5.34 on 18.05.2026
· One min read
This release lets you protect individual XML schema lines against an Update from Standard. Tick Locked on any line you have customised – source binding, fixed value, mandatory flag, format string and the other editable fields are preserved when the schema is refreshed, while structural fields still follow the new standard. Extensions can pre-mark lines they care about via an Is Programmatic Lock indicator, and the user keeps the final say: ticking Locked or editing Value transfers ownership, unticking Locked persists an explicit unlock that overrides the extension.
Feature
- Lockable XML Schema Lines & Update-from-Standard action: protect customer-specific schema lines across a standard refresh, with an Is Programmatic Lock indicator for extension-protected lines and a result page that summarises what was updated, kept or reconstructed. See Locking Lines Against a Standard Refresh for the full behaviour (CHN-226)
