This release closes a gap in intra-community supply invoices: an invoice or credit memo with VAT category K now always carries the ship-to party with its deliver-to country (BT-80), even when goods are delivered to the buyer's own address, so the KoSIT rule BR-IC-12 no longer rejects it. The entry list of an mseDoc365 Target List can also show the numbers of the assigned customer, vendor, contact and employee, not only their names.
This release opens a second route to Cegedim (XimantiX): a ZUGFeRD document is no longer built and mailed by mseDoc365 itself but handed over to Cegedim, which merges the PDF and the xInvoice XML into the ZUGFeRD PDF/A-3 and delivers it — steered by a conversion context that can now be set per format in the mseDoc365 Setup. The unit of an xInvoice line is also resolved more carefully: instead of falling straight back to C62 (piece) whenever a unit of measure carries no mseDoc365 mapping, the writer now consults Business Central's own International Standard Code and a new default in the setup first. And a sending target list no longer loses its first entry when a second one is added from the list.
This release repairs the two process steps that copy the attachments of a source document onto the eDoc. Both reused one buffer for their whole loop, so on a document with several attachments only the first file reached the eDoc intact: one step rewrote its buffer without emptying it first and left the tail of a longer preceding file inside a shorter one, the other read the file content once before the loop and attached the first file's bytes under every following file name. Each attachment is now read and written on its own buffer, so every file arrives on the eDoc exactly as it is on the source document.
This release corrects the navigation from an eDoc to its source document. The action that opens the document behind an eDoc opened its card over the entire document table instead of over the one attached document, so a foreign document could appear on screen and the card's next/previous navigation browsed every document in the company. The card is now restricted to the document the eDoc actually references.
This release corrects the VAT exemption reason (BT-120) in the XRechnung CII and UBL output: a VAT breakdown group that carries no tax — reverse charge, exempt, intra-community supply, export or not subject to VAT — no longer transmits the bare VAT clause code as its reason. The reason text is now taken from the VAT clause itself, in the language of the document, and the language matching of the clause's extended text has been completed.
This release corrects the prepaid amount (BT-113) of a credit memo in the XRechnung CII and UBL output: a credit memo that was offset against the invoice it corrects is no longer transmitted as a fully prepaid document with a payable amount of zero. In addition, the mseDoc365 country/region and currency tables now duplicated by standard Business Central are marked as obsolete and their list pages have been removed from the user interface.
